A son of governorship aspirant in Osun State, Senator Mudashiru Oyetunde Husain, Tunde Adeniyi Husain, has lauded Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his exemplary leadership, humility, and commitment to youth empowerment.
In a heartfelt message to mark Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday, Husain described him as a transformative young leader who continues to inspire hope across Nigeria through his passion for service and youth development.
He also urged Seyi Tinubu to consider joining the Lagos governorship race in 2027, noting that his brand of leadership is what the younger generation yearns for.
According to Husain, Seyi Tinubu has shown that “privilege can be transformed into purpose-driven service,” stressing that the President’s son has used his platform to advance opportunities for young Nigerians through mentorship, philanthropy, and innovative projects.
“Seyi Tinubu has redefined what it means to lead with empathy and vision. He does not see himself merely as the son of the President, but as a citizen with a duty to empower others. Before 40, he has become a symbol of youth-driven innovation and progress, proof that greatness is measured by impact, not inheritance,” Husain stated.
He praised Seyi Tinubu for his ongoing support for startups, creative talents, and social initiatives, describing him as a “King of Boys”, (KoB) a term used by many young Nigerians to celebrate his influence and quiet impact in nation-building.
“Seyi’s modesty, compassion, and commitment to youth causes make him a pillar of hope for the next generation. His works speak louder than words, and his leadership style continues to set him apart,” Husain added.
While commending the young Tinubu’s contributions to national growth through various empowerment platforms, Husain urged him to take his leadership to the next level by stepping forward to serve Lagos State.
“Nigeria needs leaders like Seyi Tinubu; young, visionary, and compassionate who understand the challenges facing today’s generation and have the intellect, influence, and drive to foster inclusive development,” he said.
Tunde Husain, a youth advocate and progressive thinker, is the son of Senator Mudashiru Oyetunde Husain, a respected figure in Osun politics, who represented Oshodi/Isolo Constituency I in the House of Representatives (1999–2007) and Osun West Senatorial District (2011–2015).
He noted Seyi Tinubu’s story reflects a blend of influence and responsibility, aligning perfectly with the Renewed Hope agenda of President Tinubu-led administration, saying “Tinubu’s journey is an inspiring reminder that leadership is not about age or privilege, but about the courage to serve and transform lives,” Husain added.
