A youth advocate, Comrade Olaniyi Arogbo has declared his support for Hon John Ola Mafo ahead of the primary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the November 16 governorship election in Ondo state.
Arogbo in a statement on Thursday said, ” After series of political and spiritual consultations, Comrade Niyi Arogbo has declared his support for Hon John Ola Mafo for the 2024 governorship election in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
” Hon John OlaMafo is a quintessential leader and respected elder statesman in the politics of Ondo State who has also gathered experiences across fields of life.
” After Hon Abayomi Sheba backed out of his political ambition, I have been consulting and screening the aspirants in the PDP to whom I can pledge my support to his ambition and I found Hon John Ola mafo as a man who shared the same political ideas and ideology with my Boss, Sheba Abayomi.
” And with the go ahead of my principal that we can support and work for whosoever we like at the primary, I consider to support Hon mafo who I think is capable to fly the flag of the party.
” I am going to put my strength together and mobilize at the grassroot for the victory of his aspiration.
