We ‘II Continue To Remember Omotoso’s Contributions To Development of APC – Hon Olufemi Adeleye

A former Member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Hon. Olufemi Adeleye has described as shocking and devastating the death of the state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) , Barrister Paul Omotoso.

 

 

Omotoso aged 61 who hailed from Imesi-Ekiti, died late on Tuesday after a brief illness.

 

Adeleye, a form Chief Whip of the House in a statement personally signed on Wednesday said the contributions of the late party chairman to the development and growth of the APC would be forever be remembered.

 

 

The statement reads, ”  I received with deep shock the news of the sudden demise of our party chairman, Mr Paul Omotoso. I spoke with him two weeks ago and we were suppose to meet this Saturday, unfortunately this is not meant to be, God knows best. The Ekiti State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress ( APC) Mr Omotoso was not only a dedicated leader within our party but also a pillar of strength within the political landscape in a Ekiti State.

 

” His untimely passing has left us all in a state of profound grief. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones in which the APC family is one of them. We all have to take heart during this incredibly difficult time.
Mr Omotoso’s contributions to the progress of APC and the development of Ekiti State and her people will always be remembered and cherished.

 

” His unwavering commitment to the ideals of democracy and social justice in the state will also not be forgotten. I express my profound condolence to the Executive Governor of Ekiti State Mr Biodun Oyebanji for the great loss of this reputable Ekiti son and I also commiserate with all our party members for this great loss.Mr Omotoso’s leadership and dedication will be surely missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us all as we strive to honor his memory and uphold the values he stood for.”
