The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has tasked its staff on the need for professionalism for the achievement of the Commission’s mandate.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Mrs Oluwatoyin Babalola in her remarks at a two-day capacity building workshop for the Commission’s staff in Ondo State with the theme “Understanding Official Communication – A Key to Optimal Service Delivery” noted that it had become imperative to build the capacity of staff to improve their quality of work, sharpen their writing and communication skills and utilise their hidden potential.
She urged them to actively participate in the training to enhance their performance and career in public service.
She maintained that an organisation like INEC has the calibre of staff that are willing to learn for optimal service delivery.
She emphasized that knowledge has no bounds and implored them to take advantage of the interactive nature
