Omotosho Was A Pillar of Strength Within Ekiti Political Landscape – Ojudu

The former Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Senator Babafemi Ojudu,CON has expressed rude shock over the sudden and tragic death of the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti state.

Omotosho, a lawyer from Imesi-Ekiti died late on Tuesday after a brief illness at the age of 61.

Ojudu, who represented Ekiti Central Senatorial District between 2011 and 2015 in a statement personally signed on Wednesday said that ” Omotosho was not only a dedicated leader within our party but also a pillar of strength within the political landscape of Ekiti State.”

 

The statement reads, ” His untimely passing has left us in a state of shock and profound grief. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We extend our heartfelt condolences to them, and we share in their sorrow.

” Mr. Omotoso’s contributions to the APC and the people of Ekiti State will always be remembered and cherished. His unwavering commitment to the ideals of democracy and social justice has left an indelible mark on our party and the community at large.

” We also wish to express our deepest sympathies to the Governor of Ekiti State and all members of the APC in Ekiti State.

” Mr. Omotoso’s leadership and dedication will be sorely missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us all as we strive to honor his memory and uphold the values he stood for.

” In this time of mourning, let us come together as a party and a community to support one another and to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Paul Omotoso. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Sincerely.”
