Meet New Commissioner Nominee In Ondo State – Idowu Ajanaku

The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has nominated award winning journalist and media consultant, Idowu Ajanaku as a commissioner.
Ajanaku, from Idogun in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State was a former Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to former Lagos State governor, Akinwumi Ambode.
He was also Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Public Affairs to former Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola,SAN.
He was the spokesperson of Akeredolu/Akintelure Governorship Campaign Organization in 2012 under the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) and also serve in the media directorate of the Late Governor Akeredolu in 2020 Governorship Campaign.
He worked in various media organizations, including Moonshine, Vanguard and The Guardian.
While Governor Aiyedatiwa did not attach a portfolio or ministry to the new nominees, Ajanaku is expected to be appointed as the Commissioner for Information in the state.
