Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has announced that he will be leaving the club at the end of this season.
Klopp made the announcement in a video shared on the Reds’ official social media pages on Friday morning.
“I will leave the club at the end of the season.
“I understand that it’s a shock,” he said.
According to Klopp, he has run out of energy and feels it is the right time to depart.
Klopp became Liverpool boss in 2015.
Since then, the German has gone on to win the club’s first Premier League title.
He also guided the club to the UEFA Champions League finals in 2018 and 2022, and won the trophy in 2019.
