Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji has celebrated four of his commissioners for their dedication and competence in emerging chairmen of their respective conferences of commissioners in the country.
The governor who celebrated the Erelu Tosin Aluko-Ajisafe over her recent emergence as the chairman of Conference of Commissioners for the Environment and Natural Resources.
In a tweet on his official X (formerly twitter) handle, Oyebanji said the recent election of the commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources takes the number of Ekiti commissioners leading their counterparts in the country to four.
He listed that commissioner for Finance, Akin Oyebode ; his counterpart in Health and Human Services, Dr Oyebanji Filani and that of Culture,Arts and Creative Economy are also chairmen of their Conferences in the country.
The governor said, ” I am delighted to learn of the emergence of one of my team members, Mrs. Tosin Aluko-Ajisafe, as the Chairman of the Conference of Commissioners for the Environment and Natural Resources. Her election by her colleagues attests to the dedication and competence of our team members.
” Her emergence came on the heels of similar achievements by three other colleagues- Dr. Oyebanji Filani, Mr. Akin Oyebode, and Prof. Rasak Ojo Bakare.
” Dr. Filani is the trailblazer in this regard, having emerged as Chairman of the Conference of State Commissioners for Health shortly after the inauguration of our administration. He was followed by Mr. Oyebode, who was unanimously elected by his colleagues to lead the Conference of Commissioners of Finance, and, lately, Prof. Bakare, who emerged as Chairman of the Conference of Commissioners for Arts and Culture last month.
” I do not take for granted the remarkable achievements of these distinguished colleagues, who have shown exceptional leadership and dedication in their respective associations. I am glad to see Ekiti State’s influence and ratings grow in leaps and bounds on the national stage.
