The governor said, “Contribute wholeheartedly to the progress of the communities you would serve. Your service goes beyond mere duty. It is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the State.
” I therefore urge you to embrace your postings as they have been done in line with the posting policies of the Scheme and the felt needs of the State. Your postings to the nook and crannies of the State is geared towards achieving the objectives of the Scheme and also towards bringing development to the grassroots. Therefore, see your posting as a clarion call to render selfless service to the good people of the State.

It is on this premise, that I make a solid commitment to commence works on the construction of a 3000 Capacity Multi-purpose Hall, one befitting of the Scheme and which would be adequate for all events on camp.
” My dear Corps members, as you leave the camp today, I wish you a rewarding service year and journey mercies to your various places of primary assignment at the end of this ceremony. I hereby declare the 2024 Batch ‘A’ Stream II Orientation Course.”
