The management of the Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti, Oye Local Government Area of the state, has appointed Mrs Adewumi Abimbola Yetunde as the new Registrar.
The Public Relations Officer of the Polytechnic, Martins Olowoyo in a statement on Thursday said the appointment would take effect from March 3, 2025.
The statement reads, ” Mrs. Adewumi Abimbola Yetunde has BA.Ed in English from Lagos State University (LASU), Masters in Human Resources Management from Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti.
” The new Registrar belongs to several professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Management NIM, Institute of Corporate Administration ICAD, Institute of Strategic Management and Association of University Administrators.
” Until her new appointment, Mrs. Adewumi Abimbola Yetunde was Director, Academic Affairs at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti.
” She was also former Deputy Registrar, (Continuing Education Centre, 2021-2022),Deputy Registrar (School of Science and Computer Studies, 2020-2012) and Deputy Registrar (Head, Human Resources Division, 2015-2019) at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. She has served in various capacities within Polytechnic system for 27years.”
