RESIGNATION FROM THE PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP)

April 14th, 2024

_______________________,
The Chairman,
PDP Ilutitun Ward II.

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. With a heavy heart, I tender my immediate resignation from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). After reflection, it’s clear my values and aspirations no longer align with the party’s.

As a young PDP member, I joined with high hopes for inclusivity and progressiveness. Yet, the party’s wavering commitment to these ideals, especially concerning youth empowerment, disappoints me. Despite my contributions and dedication, I’ve often felt undervalued and sidelined.

Therefore, I resign from the PDP. While I cherish the friendships and experiences gained, it’s time to pursue avenues where my skills and passion for youth empowerment are valued.

Sincerely,
Comrade Olaniyi Arogbo
