In recognition of his unique support to the institute and in particular for his esteemed present at the State conference last year of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Manager(CIPM) the branch leadership yesterday( Friday 21-03-2025)paid a thank – you- visit to the Deputy Governor, Dr. Olaide Owolabi Adelami,mni.
In his speech, the Deputy Governor reiterated that human capital remained the most crucial of the factors of production.
He therefore stressed the importance of training and retraining of workers to achieve optimal performance in any organization. He appreciated the institute for the learning opportunities being provided to people.
Earlier, the branch Chairman,Mr. Sola Lebile who led the team explained the purpose of the visitation
He said, “Your Excellency, you attended our state Conference last year and the leadership appreciated your unique role for the institute and as a token of appreciation, the HQ forwarded this( souvenir) for us to deliver to your Excellency.”
Presenting the souvenir on behalf of the President and Chairman of Council, Mallan Ahmed Ladan Gobir,FCIPM,fnli, Mr. Igbekele Jatuwase, a former branch Chairman and Permanent Secretary ODIEC thanked the Deputy Governor for his unflinching support to Mr. Governor to transform the State.
Other members of the team include, Mr. Akintan Akinyomi( PRO); Mrs. Tope Oluwasesan ( Treasurer)and Mr. Femi Omolaja.
