The lawmaker who represented Ondo South Senatorial district of Ondo state in the National Assembly between 2011 and 2015, Senator Boluwaji Kunlere has resigned his membership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state.
Kunlere, in a letter addressed to his ward chairman in Igbotako Ward 2, Okitipupa Local Government Area of the state which was dated 24th January,2024, and obtained by RAYOPOST, commended the party for the support throughout his stay in the PDP.
The letter reads, ” I hereby tender my Letter of Resignation from The Peoples’ Democratic Party of Nigeria with effect from today being 24th January, 2024.
” I sincerely express my appreciation to you and other members of the Party
for your cooperation and support throughout the period of my membership of the Party.”
