Anti-corruption : EFCC Gets Operating Office in Ekiti

The chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) Ola Olukoyede has revealed that the commission would soon begin operations from its office in Ekiti state.
He spoke during the opening ceremony of the Commission’s National Cybercrime Summit at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja.
The anti-graft chairman in his speech at the event commended the state governor, Biodun Oyebanji for giving the commission a property for the office complex in the state capital.
According to him, ” I want to recognize the support given to us by the Ekiti state government. They have donated a property to be used as an EFCC office in the state.
” I told the governor(Biodun Oyebanji) that I am from Ekiti state and I can’t be fighting corruption and my state will not have an office for EFCC.
” The governor has voluntarily given us a property to use. So we are moving into Katsina and Ekiti state soon.”
